My name is Deborah and I have been practising psychotherapy for more than 20 years. I am committed to providing counselling and psychotherapy in a safe, confidential and supportive way.

I am currently practicing ON-LINE (globally) via Zoom, WhatsApp, Skype and FaceTime. I work with individuals and couples with the aim of enabling you to explore whatever concerns you may have. I am able to offer flexible hours (days, evenings or weekends) via Zoom, Skype, WhatsApp or FaceTime.

I am experienced and trained in working virtually with stress and anxiety, depression, trauma and Post Traumatic Stress (PTSD), health anxiety, travel anxiety, relationship difficulties, grief, loss and bereavement and life transition.

My approach to therapy is tailor-made to the individual.

I am an integrative psychotherapist. This means that I have trained in many different approaches to counselling, including psychodynamic psychotherapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), existential and humanistic therapy, Mindfulness, hypnotherapy and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR).

I am also trained as an on-line and Skype therapist, and my professional development is on-going.

Psychotherapy is a collaborative process in which we can discuss together the right approach for you.

Regular weekly meetings allows you the time and space to explore your thoughts and feelings in confidence - knowing that you will be treated with sensitivity and compassion.

I am currently working on-line via Zoom, WhatsApp, FaceTime and Skype.
