More importantly, I work with you - not with a fixed method, but in a way that reflects who you are and what you need.
Therapy for me is collaborative, thoughtful, and paced carefully. Some people come wanting practical tools; others need space to explore deeper emotional patterns. Often, we do both.
I work online via Zoom, WhatsApp, Microsoft Teams or Facetime, offering flexible appointments during the day, evenings, and weekends.
