Cancellation Policy: Short-notice cancellations leave unfilled appointments which incur specific costs. For cancelled sessions with less than 48 hour's notice there is a £40 cancellation fee. Full payment is required for cancellations without notice.

In emergency situations there is flexibility regarding rescheduling due to extraordinary unforeseeable circumstances.
